Together, Stephen and Carolyn have created a group of designs they call "critters". Stephen uses the plasma cutter to cut these critters from reclaimed metals that he finds at his favorite junk yard. The colors are from the original discarded item and often show distress. This simply seems to add to the individual character of each piece and make it even more fun and collectible. The image above shows four smaller versions of the critters made into pins to wear.
